Fee Structure

Groups Aged 1-2 , 2-3 , 3-4 and 4-5

Please note the following with regards to fees

  • Fees are inclusive of breakfast and lunch
  • Morning and afternoon snacks to be provided by the parents. Please see menu for further details
  • Fees are inclusive of breakfast and lunch
  • Parents are NOT allowed to send their children with peanuts or peanut butter. This is due to the severity of the nut allergy.
  • Fees are due by the 28th of every month.
  • There is a penalty of R250 should fees be paid late.
  • A 15% discount will be given if you wish to pay fees for the year.
  • If a child is absent, for any reason, parents/guardians are still responsible for the monthly fees, this is to ensure the child’s continuous enrollment.
  • A once off non-refundable R1000 administration fee is required on your child’s enrolment.
  • Should fees not be paid the child will not be allowed to attend Happy Hearts daycare until fees are paid.
  • Fees are calculated over 12 months of the year.
  • Our late collection fees are R50 for every 15 min late. You will be charged from 5:35pm R50. Therefore, if you arrive after 5:45 pm you will be charged R100 Entrance Gate: Please ensure this gate is closed at ALL times.
  • There will always be someone to open up for you. Please ensure all forms are completed and signed when returned
  • Notice will NOT be accepted in October for November and in November for December.

Swimming lessons:
